I have a problem!

the software doesn't send emails. 

what should I do?

nothing happens!

The email features is tested and it definitely works, so it must be something on your end.

Try going to the email tab and pressing "send" after typing in your email address. Do you receive an email that way?

I've tried that. several times. didn't work.

I even manually permitted  keylogger to the firewall.

I get no e-mails! :-(

That's odd.
I just tested it on my PC and it worked fine.

Have you tried using a different email address? Also, do all the other features of the Keylogger work fine? Do you get any error messages or does it say "Sent log file to ___" in the bottom left?

yes, I have tried 2 different accounts. 

All the features work fine. well, except maybe that I can't see the number of minutes at the "export file every" ________ minutes. 

I don't get an error message. It does say "sent log file to...."

so it seems fine, but is doesn't work. I get no e-mails. I can't figure out why.

Have you tried using the Keylogger on another PC/laptop?

If not, then there's an issue with your PC and I can't help you without taking a look for myself.

Yes, today I've tried that on 3 different computers and still I get no e-mails and as I said before, I have 2 email accounts and I have tried them both and I get no emails.

Therefore, I don't think it's a computer problem or an email problem.

When I first ran the keylogger, it asked me to download something. I downloaded the x64 thing, is that o.k?

Are you using gmail accounts?

Yes, you need to have the .NET 5 runtime installed. If you don't have it, you will be asked to download it upon first opening of the Keylogger. If you have a 64-bit system, then that's the version you should download.

O.k, So it seems that I did everything right.

I don't understand why I don't get the emails.

And yes, i'm using Gmail accounts.

I've also checked spam, it's not there.

I can't seem to figure out why it doesn't work for you either.


All I can do is give you a few more things to try:

  • make sure you have a 64bit system by pressing your windows key, then typing "System information"
  • go to this link: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/5.0/runtime , under "Run desktop apps" select "Download x64" and install this framework
  • download the Keylogger once again (it's been updated)
