So, are you supposed to bottom out at 0 max flux after being swapped to being guildmaster as of 0.4.0? Makes it difficult to complete Fishladle's quest, even if there's not a huge point in doing so yet.

You are maxed out at 0 flux? How odd, your max should be 10. Have you tried sleeping in the bed? If that does not work, can you post a screenshot of the flux inside the 'Stats' menu of your notebook. (Auto flux regen when walking will make it in next update, shops that sell flux regen potions will come at a later date)

Technically I max out at 3 thanks to trying to boost it, but otherwise yeah.
Strange, I will investigate. It appears you have gotten your stats deducted twice, was the last time you played this save v0.1.0? For now you can fix your flux by opening the debug console on the map (shift-D) and type 'set max_flux 13' to have to correct value. Base stats should be (max_hp 12, max_flux 10, strength 8, libido 8, skill 8, defense 8, wisdom 8)
