Defently a strong game, but the challange is to create a game in 3 hours. In 5 hours you can make a game looking like this and get more points for graphics and more, but that is not fair for the people that followed the time limitation... :/

Hi, you're totally right!

To be honest, I craft this game in 3h but I count an extra 2h in test and research for the art and mood.

Once I knew the direction where I wanted to go, it took me 3h to make this one. But I wanted to be fair for everyone adding those 2 extra research hours.

More than giving fun to my family and friends, I made this game in order to challenge myself on art and to progress in this specific field, but I need feedbacks from other devs to progress too. And what's better than a jam to get feedbacks :) ?

I'm sorry if you feel like I'm cheating, it was not what I intented to do...

There is no price to win, so I felt like it is ok to publish this game and get interesting feedbacks from devs and video game lovers instead of putting my work in trash juste because I didn't follow the time restriction.

Feel free to rate this game with 0 stars if you're super not okay with that, I'm glad you like the game anyway♥️

I can't speak for the other person, but personally I don't view it as cheating.  The rules for this jam allow for games to go over the time limit - you just lose points on the "made in 3 hours" category.  Cheating would be if you spent 20 hours on it and said you spent 3.  Or if you claimed the assets were yours and they weren't.

Heck, mine went into overtime a bit this time too.  It happens.  There are some where I would have placed higher if I hit the 3 hour goal.  Sometimes an idea just takes a little longer to come to fruition.  Sometimes the resulting learning is worth it.
