it was very sudden when he burst out of it, entering into the small grassy clearing that surrounded the castle-and came face to face with two guards at the small side entrance

The other guard went sprinting off as the first leveled his spear at Janus, going to stab him-

But he quickly grabbed the tip of the spear and pushed it to the side, it going into the rather strange and thick flowers stem
