Thanks for the extra build.
But unfortunately it doesn't make a change.
As it seems (I've tried on 3 Amigas, A500 with ACA500+, AOS 3.2; A1200 with ACA 1230, AOS 3.1.4; A1200 with Vampire, AOS 3.2) the game can't be started when copied to HDD. It starts fine when starting from floppy.

Now of course it would be cool if I could just drag&drop the icon to HDD and start it from there. That's what I thought is the install procedure.

Hi, so if I understand well , your problem is start the game from Hdd? , if yes just create a new folder in your WB for example "Incaman" inside this folder copy ALL files included on the ADF including all folders on disk (show all files for copy properly or use Diropus) , try and let me know , regards.

It works to copy all the content of the floppy to a folder and start the game from HDD.
