Right now only hetero is planned, but I do host a "Kink Poll" every two months over on Patreon and Subscribestar where people can vote for what they want to see in the game - and "Femboy" is one of the options (Femboy Ard has been requested a number of times). So if enough people vote for it then it will become an optional (toggled in the preferences) thing.
