boat is a small vessel for travelling over water, propelled by oars, sails, or an engine.
Anchor is a heavy object attached to a cable or chain and used to moor a ship to the sea bottom(basically keeps a ship in place), typically having a metal shank with a pair of curved, barbed flukes at one end.
Water Hotel is a hotel but on a boat. Like The Titanic. Well it's not called a water hotel but I'm too lazy to use the proper terminology.
