Just a simple guess, do you have an option to install apps from 3-rd party sources enabled? Unfortunately, I don't have many suggestions for you since it works fine on a few devices I've tested and I don't have much experience with Android.
I've got the latest android version.. and i have tried downloading it with 3rd party enabled.. well it's alright I should download it in PC thnk you
