How do i upload my game without loosing my progress ?
(i play with a mac and i don't have all of the file that we can see on the video)
The game files on Mac are in the \Game.app\Contents\Resources\app.nw\ folder, where you can also find the save files.

sadly, i can't access to the folder contents like you can see in the screen shot
I don't own a mac, so I don't know and can't test how you enter the game app, but according to google you can right click on the game/app inside the applications folder and click on Show Package Contents.
