I'm not familiar with BRL, but i think the exchange rate will be lower in Patreon. Im not sure but that is my hypothesis.

I hope this won't be too personal to ask, but does this game guide get updated as often as the game itself, or do the updates get posted much sooner than that in order for the information to be as accurate to the game as much as possible?

I don't think Hyao will update the guide from time to time. However you can ask other player or just Google the question you want to ask and if you are lucky you will get the answers from older comments in Itch. Io

Eg: Google "How to get fourth heart from Bernard in Lustful Desires" and try to go through previous comments.

*Tips: Make sure you type the keywords "In Lustful Desires"
