Should be triggered after you complete the Between Worlds and Lizard's Treasure events. You'll have to check Rhot's tasks to initiate it.
Is Lizard Treasure event completed? Im using 34.3ver on PC and the Lizards Treasure is still WIP... helpppp *crying*
It was completed in 0.26. Not sure why it wouldn't be working for you ://
