It seems like the audio is working but only through your speakers?
Yes, I heard the little heartbeat sound in the loading screen through my headphones but after that it was all speakers. Do not worry, I know that there are a lot of moving parts when it comes to making a game. I hope you do not get discouraged by this :-)
