One thing I liked about the game:

* The game was somewhat polished. Even though the game over sound effect was too loud in the "Try Again" screen, the graphics and sound were good. The graphics were simple, but colorful and decent.

One thing I disliked about the game:

* The game was too difficult. I would recommend getting someone to play your game before publishing so that they can give feedback on adjustments. This is because games developed by a developer is obviously easier for the developer than for players. Therefore, it is wise to seek player feedback so that you can tune and adjust some of the mechanics of the game. Doing this can make the difficulty more comfortable for the player and make the game more fun.

Gotta love UE's massive package size! It is a cool idea, though the lack of a countdown or ease-in into the gameplay and the odd behavior when you mess up makes the game a little frustrating.

Bonus Points:

  • The controls are incredibly simple.
  • Retro sounds were pretty cool.

Thx, for the feedback.

Yeah, the package size ... it was late xD

And your right, we talked about countdown/ease-in period, but just hadn't time for it anymore. The odd behavior is a result from the cube shifting position, because it doesn't hit the middle of the paddles, because of it's size. We started to fix this, but again time. If we will do a final version, the cube will always stay in the middle of the paddle, which should make the game feel way smoother.
