Zen heard a bit of the conversation and she turned around and looked at her then looked at Sky, blushing a little before she stopped, she then walked over to the karen and looked at her.
"Is there a problem, ma'am?"
"Yes. Yes there is, this dumbass doesn't know my damn order!"
"Ma'am, stop right there..this is my employee and I don't care how he treats you, as long as he treats you with respect you give that same energy and treat him with respect, he is a well behaved employee and he knows what he's doing plus I was the one working here before him, I havent hired no one else, nor have I ever seen you before so if you want to start problems, please leave, this is a problem-free coffee shop."
"Are you fucking serious!? I should be able to stay here if I want! Its a america its free will!-"
"Yea, but there's also something else called rules and laws and if you can't obey by what I have to say about what goes on in my coffee shop then you also have the free will to leave, you disrespected a employee, that is the sweetest person I know and now your claiming as if you've been here before and you have an 'original/regularly' order, you don't come here on a daily bases nor have you came here ever so please leave if you have a problem."
"No! I will not! I have been here before and I'll definitely leave 0 stars here! Look at this place, disgusting an this is how you treat your customers!? Its horrible, I'm gonna call corporate about this! And I will have this place shut down!"

During the conversation, he slowly got angrier and angrier the more this karen talked, at first he just thought, "Okay....rude but a guess it's reasonable if the employee was never told about you", But the moment she started talking bad to Zen....he almost completely lost it

"Ma'am, lets go.."
She then started walking over to the door, she then looked at her as the karen stood in place not moving.
"Ma'am pleade, the costumers are in here peaceful and you are ruining it."
"'ma'am' this 'ma'am' that! Look here, kid, your only what-fucking 18 and your arguing with a 42 year old woman! Stay in a damn childs place and look at you! Your not dressed appropriately for this job, you obviously don't know what style is and your skin is fucking ugly, you fucking n****, your so fucking ugly-you should be picking cotton right now! But your in my damn business, fucking n*****"
Her eyes widened, as her mouth dropped open, she started tearing up, she was scared, intimidated, mad, hurt, she felt different, out casted, she felt uneasy, she didn't feel okay, she then looked up at the woman as tears started dropping, she then opened the door and looked at the karen, in a soft and quiet, shaky voice.
"L-Leave...please...just-g-go.."
(I'm really sensitive so if a white grown woman called me this I would try argue but i'd end up crying or having a panic attack)

The MOMENT he saw her tearing up, he just flew into a rage, he quickly came from behind the counter and grabbed the karen, pushing her arms behind her back as he walked her to the door as she screamed bloody murder, he didn't give a shit, he literally threw the women out of the store and closed it, his hand shaking as he was still furious at the karen....but he quickly calmed down before looking at Zen and pulled her into a hug, stroking her hair
"It's alright....she;s out and she will not be back in...."
(I mean i cant blame you there, i think i would too)
