This morning, the scratch cat got up and something felt different...

The breeze was colder than usual.

The sun was darker than usual.

The clouds where more than usual.

The cat decided it wanted to go to target to get some milk, but upon arriving at the target it realized that it had been replaced by a dollar tree! The cat though did not want to return home emptyhanded, and bought two spraycans as well as big green sheets.

As the cat was walking home, struggling to carry the sheets, she heard a muffled cry from a dark alley. The cat decided it was going to check it out, and slowly aproached a dark hooded figure sat at the end of the alley. "Is anything alright?" the cat asked. "No!" The hooded figure answered.

"What is wrong?" The cat asked further. "I'm from the future" the figure replied, lifting it's hood to uncover a face of a teenage boy, "And I'm here to prevent a game from being made, if you can even call it a game."

The cat was taken back by the statment and asked, "What game?" The boy frowned, "It's called 'This scratch cat will winBrackeys gamejam'." The cat gasped. "Are you sure?" It asked breathless, "I was about to make a game like that!" The boy's face turned dark, "In that case I'm sorry, but I can't lose to a cat" he said and produced a knife.

But then suddenly a gunshot. The cat turns around in disbelief, there in front of it stands, Rick Astley. "Y- you saved me!" The cat stammers, "Thank you!" "Well actually I'm here for a different reason." Rick replied. "What would that be?" The cat asked, still in shok about what had just happened.

Rick Astley replied, "Well, actually we've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty."
