Thanks for your advice. Yeah, we used Unity to develop the game and this problem seems to happen quite often when using the 2020 versions, and I'm still not sure what exactly is happening. Also, they seem to have removed the loading icon at the beginning and sometimes I'm not sure if it's just because of the low loading speed or if there are other problems contributing to that. We'll definitely try your solution and see if it works. Thanks again ;)
