Hey, thanks for the feedback. I think itch.io can provide better tools about authorizing who is allowed to submit to jams. In the meantime, use the report button on the bottom of a game's page to notify us. We'll take administrative access and remove their jam submitting privileges since it violates our quality guidelines.
