nevermind I fixed it I am gonna be honest IDK what I did
but I right-clicked on the file -> troubleshoot compatibility -> "try recommended settings" and that did the trick
Good thing you solved it on your own. :)First time hearing a compatibility issue about the game so far, I'll have to ask around if others are having the some problem.
