Not really, we just got some ominous dialogue and the knowledge it’s definitively something dream-related. No specifics really.
if i had to guess... i think it's time related.
you remember that time he woke up early for something only to find out it was for the next day.
my guess is that he time travels in his sleep but this is only a guess based on very very limited information.
the probability if this being correct is very slim but it's the only thing i can think of as of this point.
