Got a question that bothers me, hyper casual graphic is simplified, if i draw something realistic but in space theme will i be disqualified?
No not at all, there will be extra points given to those who follow the game theme closely, but you will not be disqualified for using realistic artwork. I think you could potentially still make that work with a hyper casual art style as well.

yes! and Hyper Casual does not have a super narrow art style. You can look at the top games released by Ketchapp and Voodoo as a reference
