The boss fights are getting more difficult. And the enemies more challenging
I was wondering, how hard are the secrets to find?, Have I missed any? or are they later in the game?

You actually missed a secret path in the mansion, next to the two dolls that split a skeleton in half. That passage lets you skip the highest floors of the mansion (with the dolls that look like spider and the boxes). There are other 3 secret paths that let you skip other annoying parts of the game. Try to look for walls that appear to be damaged. Also, there are some boxes that can be broken for candies. The secret paths don't really affect the story, it's a pretty linear game, but they allow you to skip some really annoying areas.
By the way, the following bosses will become even more difficult!
