Honestly one of my 3 favourites game so far oh and really excited about having more control on the school ( ꈍᴗꈍ), Roxy story (got really interested into our fire girl OwO) or more interaction with kunoichi (personnaly Hatsume best girl :3) also was wondering if being kind or cruel has any effect or will have any effect like a moral compass to our character which allow more good action if often chose kind way or more brutal and violent choice if we are more cruel?

Kind and cruel options don't currently unlock anything, but your choices ARE being tracked and will be used later to unlock certain events and dialogue options. It doesn't lock you into any particular ending, though, so continue to play however you like :
