Thanks for reporting these. I am having trouble replicating these issues. I have a few questions.

Does the conversation refuse to start or is the dialogue option to continue missing from the list?
I am not applying any soft locks. Can you resume the game if you press the Esc key?
I don't quite follow what you mean here. Can you attach a screenshot please?

The conversation refuses to start.(I haven't been able to replicate this either)
The soft lock only happens rarely so I've only been able to replicate it one other time.
While walking or sprinting into the world border at a high enough place at a shallow angle the character will appear to be walking into nothing while also walking slightly in another direction.(sorry, couldn't get a screenshot as as soon as the character stops continuously walking into the wall, they fall.)
