Unfortunately I think your machine might not be up to running it. I tested it on my work machine with an HD 7850 2GB and it was running around 12fps. If you are on an x64 machine you can try installing the prerequisits for running UE5 games from this folder:
SymphonyOfSevenSouls>Engine>Extras>Redist>en-us>UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe
If you are using Win7 x86 (32 bit) then I think you are below the requirements for a UE5 game unfortunately.
