"Oh!" The fairies exclaimed at the same time. (Idk forgot the word T-T) They started towards the throne, ready to protect the king, the queen, and the newborn child.

"Well...isn't this a splendid array..."

Everyone in the hall was shocked. No one actually believed that Maleficent would be here. Screams filled the hall, and everyone tried to run away.

She flicked her wrist, causing the people in the room to freeze in place

"Silence, all of you!"

The fairies were the only people in the room who knew what Maleficent was here for. Merry interrupted Malefifent before she could hurt anyone. "Stop! We won't let you touch the prince!" (Sorry I also don't remember a lot on sleeping beauty- I think that I have a disk of it if I do then I'll watch it-)

"Oh? But I'm just here to bestow a gift..."

"No! We know what you're here for . . . You won't hurt the prince . . .you won't!"

"Hm...oh, but I don't think you can stop me..."

She raised her staff up, green energy swirling around her

"...The prince will be beautiful and virtuous it's true...but-before the sun sets on his 16th birthday, he shall prick his finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel, and die!"

With her spell cast, she let out an evil cackle, before disappearing with a swirl of her long black cape
