in every single of your tests, up and down are in the wrong places, up is supposed to be the third not the second, which means down is supposed to be second
Yeah, if you look at the order of the arrows in the original game and in the FNF Tests they're different, the original game has the arrows in this order:
Left, Down, Up, Right.
But the FNF Tests are in this order:
Left, Up, Down, Right.
So basically, they want the arrow order the same as in the original game.
