I really like the gameplay so far, what there is of it. The hit detection's really dang good for such an early alpha. That said, there's a few things:
Health goes down and up, but nothing happens at zero, it just runs into negatives.
Lust goes down and up, but nothing happens at 100, it runs up to 120.
Several lines run off the readable segment of the nice text box. I do like its style otherwise, the descriptions are great.
The cudgel is way way too slow, even for a first weapon.

I love the sprite work and the mix of 3D and sprites. What was your inspiration for the mix?
