Does anyone have problems with the Perk selection screen? On mine, I can't pick any perk that has a stat requirement even if I pass the requirement. The perk appears white (as if I could click it), but the button doesn't highlight when I hover it and nothing happens when I click it. Only happens for perks with a requirement though.
