Hi! Sorry that I couldn't reply earlier. The only way (I'm aware of) to fix the issue used to be clearing the local storage of the generator, but I'm not sure how to do it if you are using the itch app. I've just uploaded a hotfix which prevents windows from being moved too far beyond the edges and pushes them back if they are already there. Please let me know if it doesn't help.
