This combination of two subgenres of the platformer genre worked fantastically! The first few levels were pretty easy to solve, but then it turns into a sweet mind twister. <3 I loved to figure out how to take advantage of Toodee's and Topdee's mechanics and also to get the timing just right - that was neat. The changing between the 2D and 3D perspective was also aesthetically pleasant to me. :) So gladly I wrote a recommendation article about your Ludum Dare 41 entry and also uploaded a playthrough video, in case somebody gets stuck at a level or just wants to take a look at it. ;> Great work, I wish you best of luck with the ratings!
