Animation is still 60fps, but the bitrate and resolution are lower. I've tested both on my Pixel 3XL and the screen is too small to notice a difference. But also here in the next few versions it will be compressed only ,as renpy will fail to make an APK above 4GB, and right now we are at ~3.8GB.
