Yep! That's the plan - as we go through and expand the existing encounters, it'll be with more dignity, willpower, feminization, and perk checks, and your character will react differently and you'll get into different situations and have different options as a result.

Just wanted to chime in on this (nearly) month old post with an idea that's been rolling around in my head related to this topic;
Optional modifiers for encounter checks that the player can acquire that at class specific. For example; currently if the Paladin with Anal Addiction 3 meets the Gadgeteer and looks at their wears while locked in chastity it's a gameover. Nothing else is checked. Majalis has already said stuff like this will be expanded, so I imagine that if the Paladin had a low dignity, high feminization, a virgin dick and high cock lover perk rank the encounter would play out differently with the Paladin's fucked up mind running on insane troll logic to reason out that their penis remaining virgin satisfies the terms of their vow of chastity (ie they made the vow as a man, men only have sex with their penis, thus sex with anything else doesn't count).
Now, after blathering on about all that, where does my optional modifier come in?
In many playthroughs I've stumbled across a temple/alter where my Holy Buttslut has encountered angels and received the blessings of the temples deity... intimately. The thing is, in order to receive this blessing I must first lie about being a devotee of that deity.
Why must I lie? Why must my divine cocksleeve remain chained to their existing faith? Why can't they convert to this obviously way more sexual divine being? Why can't they become Paladin of a sex god and have not only keeping their pointless virgin clit-dick tightly locked (or permanently flaccid) but their butt open for all would be converts, with using their blessed rosebud as holy weapon on a crusade to convert all to their new Lord's faith?
EDIT: Forgot to tie my idea to the initial ramble.
OK, so, say my idea is implemented. My Paladin has converted to her new faith and is intent to spread the gospel. She encounters the Gadgeteer. Looks at her wears, the events play out like normal up until the 'Oh, so you get off with your ass?' part. Right now, that's a gameover. But with the changed faith modifier? The Paladin, without losing a willpower point or batting an eye, enthusiastically not only affirms the question but proceeds to try and convert the Gadgeteer. This could, if Majalis want to, lead to a very hard charisma check (like 9 or 10) where a success would have the Gadgeteer agree if the Paladin can prove their Lord's power, on prayer later the Angel show up and gangbang the Gadgeteer (and Paladin) for like a day straight... after which the Gadgeteer switches to a slutty religious themed outfit and it's strongly implied shes none to gentle about converting non-believers (ie using her usual methods).
