when you press esc nothing comes up? Or is it the arrows or wasd do not work for navigating?
The latter! Tried everything I could think of, thankfully there was little need to really do anything in there (I mostly just wanted to change my settings because it was lagging really bad)

Yep, that one works fine! So does the main menu. I'll try again later, maybe it was just a temporary thing that something on my end caused,
for me having my controller connected to my pc really messed up with the menu
