I'm afraid Ren'Py doesn't build distributions for Android, so probably not. Sorry!
When I was working on my Ren'Py project, it was able to build Android distriputions, and really easily actually.
Turns out you were right, following a Ren'Py update! There is now an Android version ofr Champion of Venus!
