A very interesting idea, the first thing that caught my eye and what I like a lot is, although there was not much space here, because only two pages, you managed to put story descriptions to perks and equipment, in theory these are not necessary elements, but I love such flavors, because they add depth and allow me to feel the game.

I really like the resolution mechanic here :)! It seems like the game is a bit narrow in terms of focus, which I think is fine; maybe you could expand the game to be a broader western-style type of game in the future!

Yeah, good idea. I think there are a lot of ways you could expand this.  I was trying to keep it as tight as I could to fit the whole thing on 2 pages without loosing any important rules.  I think in 5 pages or so you could really flesh this out a bit.

I love the idea of this game. The theme is great, the mechanic is pretty well fleshed out, and the perks and gear are great. You did a great job there and in adding ideas for stories, but I feel like there is definitely at least one thing you're lacking: character creation. Sure, you can run the game but who are the players playing, how do they make these characters. Without something like this it feels almost like a gunfight simulator with story tacked on as an afterthought. Honestly, you could go either way with it and take out the story side of things and focus on the fights or revise to make room for character creation and it would feel fine. Another issue I have is in the ammo mechanics, while it can be fun to simulate some things like this, many tend to leave ammo counting out of their games when running things like D&D for a reason. Given the lack of explanation for how to get ammo--unless I am missing it--it seems like a forced end to a gunfight rather than a narrative tool. Overall, this seems fun but incomplete.

Great, clean little system with an extra bit of crunch and depth that I think really puts it over the edge of quality.  I'll second c.a.mckinney to say that the one thing that really feels lacking is some way to differentiate characters. The range of Perks and Gear is good and easy to extrapolate from, but there's enough flavor in the rest of the writing that it makes me want for some more concrete hints at a setting to draw from, roleplay-wise. Overall, though, a well-realized concept!

This is really cool. I like that it evokes classic Western themes (there are already plenty "weird west" and "fantasy west" games). The mechanics seem like they would work easily for anyone with experience playing RPGs. Art is also great. All around good stuff. Thanks for submitting this!

Thanks!  I've been watching a lot of old movies lately, once I saw the theme I knew I had to make it.  Glad you like the art, I had fun messing around with it.
