Long answer: We need more progress with the Eldritch storyline to get the church, we might also need the nun girl to love us a little more. And the Mysterious property isn't even on the game, it's just a placeholder.
I'm happy you're enjoying it! Cursed already answered your question, but I'll just add that I'm trying to get all the property purchaseable sooner rather than later, but the church is a bit of a special case so it may take just a little while longer ;)
