Hey, sorry about the delay. I just added a new image uploader to the "Promo images" section in Game Edit > Metadata that will let you provide an image to use for social metatags (twitter & facebook). Tell me if you have any issues.
The logic for profile pages hasn't changed, but it will use the social image if provided for the game.
