Hey, does it say how to use the tools somewhere? I got to the house and picked the shovel to start with, and then figured out how to equip it... but I can't use it on the ground pointed out? Unless I'm pushing the wrong button...
Sorry for the late reply, you need to use seeds from your inventory, you can't plant them unless you have the shovel and the farming skill.
