I'm not sure what could be going wrong. It's possible your machine isn't compatible for whatever reason.
Maybe you could send me an email on SideBeta@Protonmail.com including details such as your OS, your browser, whenever it's 32 or 64 bits and a screenshot of the screen you're stuck on.
I can't guarantee I can remedy, but it's worth checking it out at least.
