I don't own a Samsung tablet myself, but if I was shopping for one I would personally probably look at the S5e or S6 first of all just because they have such nice Amoled screens. (edit: or the S7+ even, although it might be a bit large to be convenient) (Of course they are also a bit more expensive than some of the other models).
I know people are successfully running Freerider on their Samsung tablets, but I haven't tried myself. Hopefully some Samsung owner will be able to chime in.
