We've found online that it could be due to overclocking of the GPU or some issue with it. Or it could be corrupted files after extracting not properly. Have you tried to extract the whole 7z archive with the 7zip tool instead of winrar?
Creating an extra build with DX12 only would be risky and more work for us.

yep! I use 7zip for extracting the files...

I open the game without error but its a bit laggy and I only load a the loading screen and its stop responding... I open the game using the

right click the game>properties>compatibility>run compatability troubleshooter>try reccomended settings>test program... after that...the game start and it's 10/100 that it will work and if it's work, the game will load and sometime crash and something pop up that says "unreal engine is exiting due to d3d device being lost" ...after that...I'll do the same thing just like "LowLevelFatalError" which alt+tab then open task manager then end task.

I googled your "intel hd graphics 2500" and we think a better graphics card would be the only solution. A dedicated one :)
Also, yours doesn't support DX12, so adding support for it wont help.

So...the only way to play the game is to downgrade from windows 10 to 8 so I can play the game with directx 11
