I think I get what you mean now. You mean at the exit with the three doors? If the rope was placed in solitary, it should always be able to be collected/climbed or climbed. There should be no way to get trapped in that room unless I didn't update it properly. Try this file - it's the one I was editing the game with so it may be a bit of a mess.
