He shoots him in the arm holding the kid, causing his grip to loosen as his own gun clattered to the floor. The kid broke free and escaped. He had grabbed one of the policemen's guns.

"Damnit-Damnit Damnit Damnit-" 

Shadows reach out and wrap around Lukas's arms, encasing them and turning his hands into claws. He was wrong. The drugs didn't make him quirkless-They made him more powerful. He doesn't have to react to this tho. He climbs up the building quickly using his claws and heightened strength and starts chasing after Villain Bakugou.
