Shadows reach out and wrap around Lukas's arms, encasing them and turning his hands into claws. He was wrong. The drugs didn't make him quirkless-They made him more powerful. He doesn't have to react to this tho. He climbs up the building quickly using his claws and heightened strength and starts chasing after Villain Bakugou.

The shadows of his left arm reach out into tendrils, grabbing the kid and pulling her out of Bakugou's arms. He swings her over to the police so they can protect her, then keeps chasing after Bakugou
