About the problem teaching sports in a specific class, Maybe they're too good in sports. This will make the results of teach this subject goes down. The logic is, if a class already know a lot about something, they might not learn so much more about this subject. This will force players to teach something else. BUT, i'll check if something is wrong with the code.
I don't wanna abuse, but could your girlfriend apply a surprise test on this class with the subject sports and see what happens with grades? I bet this class is already good in sports subjects!
