Uhhh, I don't know what to do next I visited strange lab already and there aren't any event proc anymore. And there is another hint to find girls in living room but I can't find any. I tried wait for about 5-6 days now.

Those signals lead you to hell. The first 3 you have are very interconnected, but you may not be able to tell based on the hints. Make sure you have visited the guild and the structure at least once, then when you go to the living room in the morning an event should trigger.

The structure is in dusk city right? I had visited guild and got event and visited structure a lot of times but still can't continue

Have you not had the living room scene yet? After that you can return to the strange structure then go to your room.

Not yet, I visited a strange lab already but the signal still wasn't updated. and I came back to sleep then go check the living room every time and still don't get the event yet.

Is there anything I need to do before going to a strange structure?

That should be it. The order is

Guild -> Structure -> Living room -> Back to Structure.

I tested it on a new 0.54 save and was able to do it. I'm not sure whether you are stuck because you are missing a step or if your save is bugged. The fact that neither part is green for Hidden Links makes me thing its an issue with your save.

Um, sorry for the very late reply.

So, I think I already finished the guild section because I can't go there anymore.

And so, I visited the structure at dusk city already and nothing happened.

I think it is an issue with the save.

I need to start a new save right?
