i can't open the game, two errors appear when i launch directly from itch or using the file explorer:
"Failed to load the game data. File seems corrupted." and
"Exception Eprinter in module fjords.exe at 0002E6FA. There is no default printer currently selected."

i am on a regular installation of windows 10 64x

this is very weird and i am so sorry. i can definitely refund; did you unzip the file all the way into its own directory? it’s the only thing i can think of. :(

thanks for the offer for refund, but i don't need one, i'll keep playing around with stuff till something clicks, i appreciate your help

i fixed it, all i needed to do was update windows 10 since it was pretty outdated, so i'm assuming it needed something that a newer version had
