After a little confusion (why couldn't I go to X?...not realizing at first it has to be unlocked) I found myself really enjoying the game. The characters are well thought out and varied, support characters are also well thought out (especially Kevin), and it's a lot of fun!! Maybe just because she's got the most content, but I find Myrtle to be quite enjoyable, I LOVED the content with the wishing tree! Evil bastard tree...
The MC seems to be more interested in "having a good time" than anything (and doing it with just about any pretty female), and I like that he screws up from time to time or gets involved in something and goes "uh...now what??" MOST of the male characters are decent (Waldo is a first class jerk), and I like the little hidden things that don't relate to the plot but are still fun to find out! Definitely looking forwards to whenever the next release is!
