Help, I bought the game and I can't sign in due to the error: PlatformNotSupported. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?

Unfortunately, that would mean that the platform you is cant run the most recent update for among us, meaning you would have to use something else to play. All I know about refunds is that you would need to contact an email address that I don't know, and then..?

Yeah. Did you downloaded Among Us from Epic Games?

I just realized how stupid I am, I forgot to claim the free steam key that came with it.

The itch.io PC version of Among Us is no longer supported. If you're willing to use Steam (and safe to do so, which some people haven't been since they turned it into a health risk in late 2019), the download page on here also has an option to redeem a Steam key. Otherwise you'll probably want to refund and purchase somewhere else.

The devs have said they were looking into supporting itch.io again in future, but haven't included any timeline for doing so on their roadmap, or promised with any confidence that they will do so. Unfortunately, this is an issue the devs have confirmed they know about but aren't even promising they will ever fix, let alone giving an expectation for when it'll happen.
