Thank you, Kimmsoft, I'm glad you enjoyed the music!! I still think the music in Zentaisen was the best in the jam!!

The ammo system is early in implementation so I just tossed ammo all over the place to make absolutely sure you guys had enough to get through the game easily. Might have went a bit overboard xD

I'm glad you liked the color palette, I hope to improve on it in the future! I get super picky about the colors I use and spend hours testing things out. I tried to settle for the jam to not waste time, I'm glad it turned out lookin nice.

I got other comments about the keyboard inputs too. I'll have to add some different input options so it's more accessible to different players. Sounds got cut due to the time crunch. It's my first official game jam, so I need to get better with planning. I was a bit too ambitious with this one. Sound will be in the post-jam version, which will be ready soon :D

It's interesting that you brought up that the 2nd room was slower. My sister was having the same issue when she played. I was investigating that today. In future versions I'll probably end up making the rooms smaller so there's not so many enemies far off screen slowing things down. Checkpoints are coming in the post-jam version too :D

Thanks again for playing and leaving a thoughtful comment, Kimmsoft! Best of luck to you with Zentaisen!
